Today Marco Toja, SeeYourBox CEO, presented the paper made in
collaboration with Natalia Trapani (University of Catania) “A Real-Time Monitoring Service based on
Industrial Internet of Things to manage agrifood logistics” at ILS2016 Conference "When Research meets the Industry".
ILS is the International conference on Information Systems, Logistics and Supply Chain founded
in May 2004 by Valérie Botta-Genoulaz (INSA-Lyon Engineering School, France),
Fouad Riane (Catholic University of Mons, Belgium), Nikolay Tchernev (School ofBusiness Management Clermont Ferrand, IUP, France) and James Rappold (School ofBusiness, University Wisconsin-Madison, USA). The objective of ILS2016 is to
bring together international researchers to share and exchange about a broad
range of topics related to supply chain design and management, to information
and decision-making systems, to innovative practices in logistics, etc. Also
the aim of the conference is to merge academics with business leaders and
professionals from industry around the topic of resiliency that appeal for
several contemporary issues in the supply chain such as sustainability,
societal impact, uncertainty, collaboration, etc.
